Thanks mate, Ive just given them a ring to see if they still sell the accessory lowering springs and dampers however the parts person did say by memory most accessory parts where only available 3-5 years after the production of the car however he said he will give me a call back.

Can I ask if this kit is universal and will fit all models as if I specifiy a end of production registration they may still be able to get them.

Sadly the lowered suspention and dampers are no longer available to purchase

Will be considering H&R now but am worried may need to change shocks as well.

If they are still in a good working condition you'll be able to use them together with the H&R but when they've done several 10,000 miles and you think they're done you should better change them.
