Hi everyone!
Big thank you to everyone that came to the Conscious Event on the 8th of April 2006!
A big and crowded event..lots of nice people and lots of great music!
The Spot (Satori in Querença - Loulé) has a great space but still somehow to much of the metal/gothic style which we couldnt cover with our decoration!
Nevertheless we where able to create a nice space on the dancefloor with help of Vaga and Cocoon (Porto), big thank you to them, and the great mackie sound thanks to the starfish crew, made our night! The Dj´s Djane (starfish), Pascal S (starfish/conscious dreams), Charley B. (starfish) started the night with a great set of drum´n´bass and breakz, and DJ JuSii (starfish) did a very well done transition between Breakz and PSytrance, and presented a spuerb stomping psytrance set.Our special guests, Chemical Plasma (Guimaraes - Porto), suprised everyone with their massive psytrance productions played in a seemless live-set that made the crowd very happy for almost 4 hours! Smurf and Benji went on to finish the night with psy-progressive to calm the souls and make it complete!
Still, not everything went right and the Conscious Dreams Team apologizes to everyone for the sudden end of the Party! As some visitors of our event did not respect our rules and disrespected the place and owners, with a result of heavy violence between people (which didnt have anything to do with our organization), it came to a point where our friends and helpers started to be threatened, we had to finish the event and call the police!
Still the event went on until 8h30 in the morning and we hope that everyone had a great time!
This shows us that not always things go right and that some people just dont understand what we are trying to do...we put our money, energy and effort into this, to create nice quality partys...for the enjoyment and happiness of our visitors...and still sometimes things can go wrong!
It was a pity but the result is still that we had a great party!
