To add a photo to your post.
first, click on "browse" and select the photo from your PC.
when you have selected the image to upload click on "host it"
you will now see a page with your photo in the middle
below that you will have a box with the URL for your photo
copy or cut everything in that box

paste that below the text in your post. the image will be visible when you click on submit at the bottom of the page
