Missing pms
Hi Johnny,

For the last few days i have been sending pms, and although the other person has received the notification. The pms have not arrived.
Its also happened to me, i get the notification but no messages.

Do you know what the problem is?

Strange indeed! I've just received a PM of someone saying the same thing.. I have to say its never happened to me, but i've informed johnny about it and i'm sure he'll see this topic!!

I think I just figured out myself what the problem could be. The PM Inbox is limited to 200 PMs. Wendy, Stu, I would bet that your Inbox is simply full. It won't take more unless you delete messages.

I have taken the incident as an opportunity to rise the bar to 500 inbox messages for all forum members, so you should have a little bit of room again, but please take notice that the storage space for PMs is generally limited.

Please try another test message and confirm your inboxes operational.

Hi Johnny,

No that didnt apply to me, i had before this happened cleared old messages from my inbox. So it was 0% full at the time of this happening.

But i have received a message tonight, so hopefully the problem has passed.

Me Too,my inbox was empty,but thankfully starting to receive messages again.

I'm having trouble receiving my pm's again, one yesterday and one today didn't get through but others are getting through,
my inbox is only 17% full,i dont know what else to do,it's so frustrating. :roll:

Its ok Stewpot, they were just from me, offering you a free trip to London and Stockholm, which included prem tickets for both MM openings. But because i didnt get a reply, im taking someone else. Sorry.
