I'm not sure if this guide lists all bosses, but at this stage only the first one is important, Kurrinax.

Later edit: Viewed the video last night, was pretty small, only 11 mins, they didn't show the entire fights and didn't explain the strategies used but they showed all bosses go down and, by the looks of it, they used the strategies from partingvisions posted above. Also, they didn't show the drops.
