"ABBA re-unite in sweden" will be showing on Entertainment Tonight(channel 2, L.A)on Monday, July 6"

Well it was short but nice they put it on the show. Nice hearing Bjorn too.

Next up for the US will be the US premier in New York on the 16th. I will imagine that the boys and maybe Frida will be there. :D

Sorry the re-united abba program is today( date is July 07, today).
I think it's between 7:00,:p.m-8:00 p.m.

it's going to be on CH 2 in the next 15 minutes.

It's very cool that they even mentioned it. Of course they could actually have shown who are the former members of ABBA beside Bjorn (I'm sure quite a few Americans would have a hard time picking A&F among the crowd on that balcony, especially after all that time) but that's something already.

Yes, it was nice to see even if it was brief. It was even shorter in Maryland than the one on Utube (no Pierce Brosnan). My husband was recording it for me and we were both a little shocked at how short it was...

While the Oscars love Meryl Streep, they are usually not too fond of musicals. Chicago was an exception but I think MM is a bit "too happy" and not tongue-in-cheek enough for the Oscars. It might get something in the soundtrack category, though.

Now, the Golden Globes have a separate category for musicals and comedies, so there might be something there.

But I don't think the soundtrack can be nominated for an oscar because it wasnt written specifically for the movie. I thought a few years back there was a fuss about why a song wasnt nominated and it was becuse it wasnt written specifically for the movie. And I think the oscars only give out awards for individual songs or for music in general, not for a soundtrack.

I do hope the movie gets nominated for something.
