Protokoll
- One person makes a protokoll of the meeting every week to summarize what we have discussed for those who could not come to the meeting
-> every meeting a different person will make the protokoll

Remus
- Can he help us in the project? Maybe he could take part in the project if Tipi decides to leave
- Gives a DVD to Diana next week

Sara
- Girl who stayed in Cluj-Napoca and who will help us in Berlin

Responsabilities
- Lena sent the schedule with the responsabilities of each person

Organisation of March and the visit of the Romanian Group
- Diana, Liviu, Raluca and Razwan will come at the same time -> probably the second week of march
- They will stay one week (maybe two depending on the money)
- Ema and Ovidiu can come maybe the third week of march? -> not sure
- The Romanians will probably stay in an other place (Youthhostel?)
Not at the apartment

Money
- Next week Corinna tells us about the financial possibilities and how much money we can dispose in Berlin

Presenation
- Everybody has to make a comment in the forum about the age of the children we want to reach in our presentation at the schools
- Everybody has to write his ideas about the presentation in the forum to discuss with the others

Picture group (Markus, Varinia, Diana, Raluca, Ema, Ovidiu)
- Have to find a date for their meetings

Movie group (Lena, Corinna, Liviu, Razwan)
- meets every tuesday 8 pm german time also in Teamspeak
- everybody has to think about how they expect the movie to be

⇒ in each group one person has to be the representative of the group
⇒ both groups should post summaries of their meetings and their progress in the forum

⇒ Varinia write an email to the people how did not come today
⇒ Varinia can not come next week because of an excursion
