Thank you everybody for your great photos. On these pics Frida seemed to be full of energy and good mood in 1984. She really had deserved more success with her activities in that time. Shine is a damn good album in my opinion.

Chequered shirts were absolutely hip in 1984. I remember having a green/black one then.

I have always adored this cover and will adore it forever, and to me itŽs her best album cover. :D :D :D :D

I could never understand why some people didnt like it. Whats wrong with it??? Í love the photo, the colours, everything. ItŽs simply fantastic.

Em, I had the boxing shot on the screen of my cell for quite a time :) It's a truly fab shot :love4:

SHINE is the period I love a lot. The album should have been released some years later and Frida should have written more songs herself, she excels in it. Don't Do It, for example, is brilliant both music-wise and lyrics-wise. But, well, back to the topic ;-)
