I think most costumes were rather bad-choosen than nice, but I like these anyway:

I have forgotten a lot of fabulous Abba clothes I realize now, (the first one Joe posted is absolutely glam) but I don't really know what can be described ans an 'costume' and which are in fact more 'outfits'. I guess we an take the first one as the more 'silly' clothes? Because I think some of their 'outfits' were often really well matched and good-looking.

I like cat costumes i have picture of frida and agnetha with them on! also like i when wore skin tight all in one outfits ! plus i liked benny and bjorns costumes in day before u came video very miami vice lol!

They I think are the best, Mind you I also like what they wore during the Tours The girls with the capes adn of course how can you forget the boots Frida wore.

This is my favourite costume - this presumably comes from Voulez-Vous video (although in reality the costumes have more purple than this red still shot from disco lights)

These (and particularly AgnethaŽs) are on the top of my favourites list! :P

I also liked the 1977 tour costumes very much (including those for Dancing Queen :wink: ).

Apart from that, IŽve always liked FridaŽs outfit in Take A Chance On Me video :D

The black costumes were fabulous and the cat oufits (without the long skirts or the pants !) are a classic. I guess I am alone in this one, but I also love the Fernando embroidered dresses. More "sweet" than "hot" but I like them anyway.

The guys wore matching outfits in at least one occasion


Sorry Gary but Agnetha's red sequined outfit in the Ring Ring video has always made me giggle. :-P (I think Frida snakeskin jumpsuit, on the other hand, wouldn't be out of place on a rock star of today.)

It's not about Agnetha as far as I'm concerned - she's gorgeous as usual. I think that costume is just too busy and a bit silly. There's too much going on : the hot pants and the fishnets and the sequins and the silver stripes. To me, Agnetha is the only good looking part of the picture. :lol:

Didn't ( :oops: I mean, DON'T) Agnetha and Frida have the most amazing pair of legs??!! SO long and well, leggy.

I'd go so far as to say they had the best legs in the business. Slender ankles and everything (some women can be prone to swollen ankles (I won't say 'fat'- 'chunky' is about as far as I'd go.)

Incredible pins- they go all the way up to their necks!

I may be banned from this group for what I'm about to say, but so be it. I'm a new convert to ABBA. When they were popular, I was into country music. I'd heard of the group, but hadn't listened to them until I heard them on an oldies radio station. As soon as I heard them, I bought the ABBA Gold cassette. It wasn't until a few months ago that I found them on you tube, and I got see them and hear more of their songs. And I fell head over heals in love with them. I'm addicted. But, I was disappointed with their costumes. It seemed to me that each one of them went out and bought a costume without talking to the other three memmbers. Many of the costumes are stunning, but without a central theme, they seem out of place. I may be older than most of you(I'm ABBA's age), but I'm so glad I found them.
