Another "Whats your favourite"
Correct me if im wrong, but i dont think we have had fave pic single covers.

This is one of my all time faves;

I remember back in the 80s while browsing through a friends collection. Coming across this single. The picture took my breath away, everything about Agnetha is perfect. I loved her feathery hair style, her eyes, her beautiful profile and that skin. Its makes you want to plant a kiss right on her cheek. :oops:
I vowed i would get a copy of this single, i eventually did, it took awhile as it was pre ebay days.

So whats your fave Abba, Frida or Agnetha cover.If you have a story why, let us know.

One of my favorite ABBA singles cover is the classic one of "Summer Night City", because all four look great on it, and I like the colours.

This one is my personal fave:

It reminds me of the cover and sleeve of the first real Abba CD I got - a compilation which my parents gave my some years ago. It is a favorite one besides because of the classic and typical look for the Swedish four: no outrageous clothes, but stylish instead. (I adore the boots Agnetha is wearing on this photo)

Another one:

Same goes for this one: relaxed and classy Abba. All look comfi and very well dressend, and it reminds me of the banner of the current look of Abbasite.com

Last, but not last:

I think especially the lay is very well done. Both Benny and Agnetha staring at something at their right, while surrounding the shapes of Björn and Frida's faces.

It was though chosing between this one and the Summer Night City/Medley cover, although I own both covers. (one of them was actually given to me by a very special forum member in trade of something I recorded: many thanks to Angeleyes/Karin again!)

erm...it's hard to decide but I will choose The Album cover...maybe because it looks modern ;)

It really is a great cover indeed, but I did not know that was a single sleeve to be honest. :-|

The "SNC" cover is one of my least faves, not because of the pics. But because Frida and Agnetha looked absolutely beautiful in the video. Loads of photos were taken at that session, and i felt they should of used photos of how they looked in the video.

Dancing queen,
Three great choices, the Eagle cover is my all time fave Abba pic.
But the red square on "TACOM" annoys me.

Out of interest Can somebody please explain to me Why The ABBA singles with the incorrect ABBA logo were still allowed to be sold.

Why were they not recalled.

As Here in New Zealand there was I think ABBA Dancing Queen with the incorrect Logo available, Then over night is was withdrawn and replaced with the correct one.

Only a handful of the earlier ones are still out there
