Classic Metal
Bands like Accept, Dio, Warlock, and Judas Priest. Music is: Heavy, melodic, and usually super-catchy and super-simple. You are old school. You know what you like and despite many others coming along claiming to do something better, you stick to what you know is good with an “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” kind of mentality. You are conservative and sometimes you feel like others are passing you by.

I`m on heavy and power metal. a lot of german bands like helloween , gamma ray , at vance , heavens gate , and a lot of piet produced bands like hibria , stormwarrior , paragon, and other bands like storyteller, mob rulez , etc.
some old stuff like accept , maiden, judas, etc.

Death Metal
Bands like Vader, Hate Eternal, Malevolent Creation, and Hypocrisy. Music is: Brutally heavy music, usually devoid of most accessible melody and usually incredibly fast. You are capable of quite a lot and you enjoy the chances to make the most of your skills and talents. You’re not all that concerned about trends, but you know what you like. You are assertive and that shows up in everything you say or do.
An interesting answer, since I don't often listen to Death Metal. I always figured I'd be more of a Power Metal kind of guy. Ah well.

With all due respect, I think you're missing the point; Metalamazon was telling you to answer the test, not to define your true metal preferences in your own words, :lol:

Progressive Metal
Bands like Zero Hour, Watchtower, Dream Theater, and Fates Warning. Music is: Incredibly technical and virtuosic; only for the most talented of metal musicians. You have gifts and skills that others envy and therefore aspire to obtain and/or overshadow. You love the chance to show off and impress others, but you never lose sight of the goal. Why do something simply when you can do it over-the-top?!?

Hi everyone!
I listen to metal music for 11 years and I ve heard hundreads of albums. What I like most is traditional/power metal. My favorite bands (besides Iron Savior of course) are Running wild, Sinner, Stormwitch, Accept and many others. I highly recommend you to check out less known bands as Tyrant, Steeler, Faithfull breath, Gravestone...
