Hello,
DF seal drop rates has changed now every mob drops 2-xx normal seals and the highlords drop 20-xxx seals. But when u buy Torsos to salvage them u need to buy the right one because they give different numbers of asterite bars.
I gonna start a little list would be nice if u post ur experience too. Guess all torsos will cost 22 dia seals.
- Exquisite diabolic soul hauberk ~130-140 Asterite bars (chain torso)
- Exquisite corrupt abysmall Breastplate ~ 80 Asterite bars (plate tors)

it sounds like the old hinges trick could still mean a nice income.
what do Asterite hinges sell for ? or whatever metalcraft item needs few bars
and sells for nice money..

Farming seals can be good income, aswell it takes lots of time.
Best would be to buy chain chest pieces.
If i remember correctly then
Sapphire - 71 asterite bars
Diamond - 141 asterite bars
Selling bars are not good idea, making hinges or studded jwlry boxes give more money.

1 stack of 10 asterite hinges is 44g and change
