Yeah nothing changes for me. I have never known them as young people, when I started my ABBA fandom they were already old so that's how I have come to view them. People who remember them from the 70s might be different.
But their music is still young and fresh, to me.

nothing changed for me either, age and looks doesn't matter, what they achieved does, they're still the same 4 members Of ABBA or that's how most of us remember them as, the world wouldn't have been much fun had it not been for their music i love them :)

As ABBA, they will be forever young and vital in the eyes of the world but now I think of them as four separate individuals. I realise they're all older and I see it with Benny and Bjorn but for some reason at times I still think of Frida and Agnetha as though they were still in ABBA- a smile or a look will bring it all back to me- it's in their smiles and a certain twinkle in their eyes.
I think they are all maturing well and with dignity.

When i see them, i must deal with the fact that i'm also getting older.
For the music, when i hear it, it makes me young again.
When i hear Agnetha singing in Swedish, i forget everything around me, and moves me to the seventies.

ABBA are the young people I hear on records and see in the videos. Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny and Anni-frid are people I see on the net, in the news, or in magazines, sometimes. I mostly see A,B,B, and A here, as they are today, on this forum. It's still good to see them, but these four people, at least for me, definitely have very little to do with "ABBA". ABBA is now a concept, not a reality. A concept doesn't age. It just is.

^^^ That pretty much sums it up.
Now that they're old and grey, I am more and more convinced Bjorn was absolutely right about the "ten-year attention span", and I do agree with his wish that people remember ABBA as they were, young and vibrant.
I certainly see ABBA like that, and it stays forever and ever. That's my ABBA.

It changes nothing, I am just happy that I was born during the time that they are all here and have enjoyed growing with them over the years. And I am so happy they are older and a little grey because the alternative just sucks!!

It changes nothing for me - they are old(er) and grey, but then again so am I. Listening to their music and watching their videos just evokes strong memories for me, the same as any music I love does. Gill

To be honest, some things have changed.
ABBA have moved on and so have we. They are no longer a group, but four individuals who'll get associated forever.
When I think of them, of my ABBA, I go back to the 70s, 80s, to the days when we were young and full of life (well - we're not dead yet!), and think back how beautiful the ladies were and how much fun the men were to watch.
Their music will always remain the same, unique and strong, and hopefully, it won't be altered and remastered a thousand times, because it were masterpieces as it was done.

I feel exactly the same. That's why I always have been surprised that some people still want them to come back. I think that if today Agnetha, Benny, Björn and Frida came back recording anything together it wouldn't be ABBA, perhaps it would sound like a B&B composition, but it wouldn't have anything to see with their work in the 70's and 80's under the name ABBA.

Since I wasn't around during the ABBA-days (I'm born in the late 80's) it doesn't change much for me. ABBA is as close - or far away- for me as it always has been, that the members are getting older doesn't change much.
Actually I think that the previous years have been some particulary good years for ABBA-fans. I'm satisfied with the way that ABBA exists in now; as a group that was active in the 70's and early 80's whose music still is alive and former ABBA-members who seems to be happy about what ABBA did.

It's been so long ago that they recorded something new! The fact that they are old and grey doesn't bother me. But the music is sooooo familiar and I have played it so may times that I don't feel the urge to listen anymore. But I like to see new pictures of the girls if they dress well! :))

I still listen to the music regularly, probably always will but, there isn't anything new and probably won't be apart from a little more BAO. I don't feel the need to look at pictures often either, to be honest, I do wonder why I bought a lot of the recent books as theirs really little else that can be added and said unless the four former ABBA's decide to do some unique interview and, I'm not holding my breathe

I grew up with Abba and I am older too. It doesn't matter Abba means for me the same. I am so glad all of them are here with us and they have good health this is important. I am happy reading news about them and new vinyl released these things bring back the old times and memories and feelings for me.

It changes nothing.. abba is abba, the music is the same, and I love all the pictures of them as they were, but I look at pictures of them now and I feel the same way.. I love them and always will

Doesnt mean anything to me. I always picture them as they were, young and attractive, and at the top of their game.
To me, abba are the best 70s nostalgia trip around.
thats what they are to me.

Why would it change anything?
I know them only since 2004 so they have always been 'old' so it doesn't matter.
The quality of the music is what matter.

I'm like wine, more older I go, more better I am .
My whole life is enjoyed with ABBA and I'm proud to have met three of them.
