Dear Arogandor,
you established an armed Retinue in Steyr.
You haven't got authorization to do that.
I request, that you immidiatly demobilize your armed group. Failure to do so will end in a charge at the dutchies court.
You have to formal request an approval from the Austrian board before forming up an armed group.
Please explain yourself within 24hrs.

Just normal Groups are permitted.
You can asked Joholi1 as he is the Captain from Austria for permission to build a armed group but you will certainly get no answere today anymore and I don't think that permission will be granted at all.
