Hi, wir sind Superspielern aus der Ruhrpott! :D :D
Seriously because the chaces of two complete teams turning up for a match in our league are slim we play a triangular system, should all teams be thre we play a round robin of 2x20min games every player then gets his 80 min rugby. The ref gets 2 hours but who cares! :lol:
when less turn up it gets complicated either we make up two 15s and play agame and the league results go over the green table or we play dow to tens with a suitably reduced playing time.
Today Bocholt were initially 2 short and Köln made them up. Köln were way out only 8 players but were made up from our guys to play Bocholt and Bocholt made them up against us. Theoretically Köln lost both games on a Technicality (they did not have the minimum of 10 players but Bocholt weren't bothered and we won both our games fairly :o so wo es kein Kläger gibt ist auch kei Richter!
I hope that i have managed to clear up the mystery, it will be as confusing in the Valleys as cricket is to Germans!!
