Last but not least The Maiden Flight:
As you can see on the pictures, my father is neither leightweight nor small.. he sold her after his 3rd flight.
I never flew her on my own, but she was very unstable and he didn't like the flying behaviour and performance at all, so for flying he takes the 172 again :) but always dreams of starting a new kit for the fun of construction.

Good for your Dad, Daniel. I admire that kind of patient, precision work but I'm afraid I couldn't restore a plane unless I also had something else to
