I’m pleased to invite you to the Fontaneda Challenge, a quest created and sponsored by me on behalf of the Fontaneda Army.
This event is a race where the first and only winner will get a minimun of 50.000 gold coins. The goal of this game is to be the first who completes the whole 7 missions.
You just have to follow the instructions. Anything you have to parcel: Capuleto/Venore; The screenshots, via private message on this forum.
The challenge is individual, but there is no inconvinient if you ask your friends for help.
Some anotations
-This quest is open for every member of the invited guilds. External players can not participate.
-Requirements: level 8+ & Premium account.
-In some missions you will have to send several screenshots. Please, send it all in the same private message so my inbox doesn’t get full.
-On mission 1, as you’ll see, you have to send me some items that I can sell for exactly 960 gp. This event is not sponsored by Fontaneda Army’s treasury and that money will be used to pay the prize. I won’t take a coin in any case: if I get more than 50k, the prize will be bigger. If I get less, I’ll pay from my own pocket.
-The invited guilds are: Fontaneda Army, Tribe, Nuevos Corsarios, Red Rose, Harpers, Soldiers of Justice, Order of Enlightenment, Satori, Mercenarys, Black Dragons, Vagabonds, Nine Inch Runes y Sainted Seraphs.
-If for any reason this forum stops working, you can use the forum of any of the mentioned guilds.
-I’ll check every forum at least once a day.
-Missions are available in English and Spanish. I apologize for any mistake on the English version, its not my mothertongue.
-Those who complete mission 1 will receive missions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on a private message. You don’t need to send back a private message everytime you complete a mission: the important thing is to be the first who completes all of them.
-The quest will be active until a player completes it. No matter if it takes days or weeks, there will be a winner. There is no imposible missions.
-If you have any doubts, please use this thread.
Storyline
In the beginning there was only a big, gaping void. It was everywhere and nowhere. In this emptiness two powerful entities appeared who were eventually known as the elder gods: Fardos the Creator and Uman Zathroth who combined in himself two unequal halves. One of these halves was Uman the Wise, a benign god who was gifted with divine intellect, while Zathroth the Destroyer was the other, darker half. These were the two halves of one single enigmatical entity, and even though either of them was perfectly capable of acting on his own just as if he had been fully independent, independent they were not.
Fardos decided to create Tibia and with it all the forms of life who habitates it. He created orcs, elfs and animals, and with evolution a lot of new species arrived.
Many suns after then, Tibia was habitated by hibrids which Fardos didn’t know, but his faith for the free will of its creation never went off.
Uman Zathroth’s opinion was different. His divine part told him to be patient; his darkest side was calling him to end that madness.
A millenary war came upon the lands of Tibia and with it all went back to the night of the times. Fardos had been exiliated to the farest place of the lands He created and Uman Zathroth was ruling over Tibia.
Uman Zathroth’s strenght didn’t had limit and they adapted to all kind of grounds. That way Zathroth conquered the seas and oceans while Uman remained been the Lord of the emerged lands.
Fardos, despite of been able to skip his exile, saw the chaos and destruction and decided to put an end - he created the humans. Strange beings, the humans, capable of good and bad!
Uman and Zathroth, tired of the war, decided to let the providence write the story and leave the humans to decide their destiny.
Mission 1: The ritual.
We must summon Fardos’ power with a mystic ritual and we’ll need the following items. Tibia’s salvation is in your hands!
Send this items to Capuleto our shaman in an Orange Backpack. Rumours say he lives in Venore.

Tengo el placer de invitaros al Fontaneda Challenge, una quest creada y financiada por mí en nombre de Fontaneda Army.
Este evento es una carrera en la que un único ganador se llevará un mínimo de 50.000 monedas de oro. El objetivo de este juego es, pues, ser el primero en terminar las 7 misiones que le encomendaré.
Solamente tenéis que seguir las instrucciones atentamente. Todo lo que tengais que enviar por parcel, será a Capuleto/Venore. Las screenshots, por mensaje privado en este foro.
Es una quest enfocada a hacerse individualmente, aunque no hay ningún inconveniente en que pidais ayuda.
Unas anotaciones:
-Esta quest está abierta para todos los miembros de las guilds invitadas. Las personas ajenas a dichas guilds no pueden participar.
-Requerimentos: lvl 8+ & premium account
-En alguna misión tendréis que enviar varias screenshot. Por favor, enviadlas todas juntas vía mensaje privado para no saturar mi buzón de entrada.
-En la misión 1, como veréis a continuación, me tenéis que enviar algunos items que podré vender por 960 gp exactamente. Esta quest no está patrocinada por la tesorería de Fontaneda Army y ese dinero será utilizado para sufragar el premio. En ningún caso ganaré dinero: si recolecto más de 50k, el premio será mayor. Si recolecto menos, lo pondré de mi bolsillo.
-Hay varias guilds invitadas a este evento: Fontaneda Army, Tribe, Nuevos Corsarios, Red Rose, Harpers, Soldiers of Justice, Order of Enlightenment, Satori, Mercenarys, Black Dragons, Vagabonds, Nine Inch Runes y Sainted Seraphs.
-Si por alguna razón este foro dejase de funcionar, podéis utilizar cualquier otro de las citadas guilds invitadas.
-Visitaré cada foro al menos una vez al día.
-Las misiones están disponibles en español e inglés. Pido disculpas por cualquier errata en la versión inglesa, no es mi lengua materna.
-Aquellos que completen la primera misión recibirán por mensaje privado las otras 6. No hace falta que se me envíe un mensaje privado por cada misión que se complete. Lo importante es ser el primero en completar todas.
-La quest estará activa hasta que una persona la complete. No importa si pasan días o semanas, tiene que haber un ganador. Alguna misión puede parecer difícil, pero ninguna es imposible.
-Si tenéis alguna duda, usad este hilo.
Historia
Al principio, estaba la nada. Estaba en todas y en ninguna parte. En esta nada aparecieron dos entidades muy poderosas que fueron conocidas como Fardos "El Creador" y Uman Zathroth, que era una combinación de dos partes no iguales. Uman era sabio, un dios benigno con el don de la inteligencia divina. Zathroth el Destructor era la otra parte, más oscura. Estas eran las dos partes de una enigmática entidad, e incluso cuando podían actuar individualmente una de la otra, no eran independientes.
Fardos decidió crear Tibia y con ella todas las vidas que la habitan. Creó especies humanas, orcos, elfos y animales, y con la evolución surgieron nuevas especies.
Muchos soles después, Tibia estaba poblada con híbridos que Fardos no conocía, pero su fe por el libre albedrío de su creación no había cesado.
En distinta forma opinaba Uman Zathroth. Su parte divina le aconsejaba ser paciente; su parte destructora lo llamaba a acabar con aquella locura.
Sobrevino una guerra milenaria en las tierras de Tibia y con ella se volvió a la noche de los tiempos. Fardos había sido exiliado al rincón más recóndito de las tierras que había creado y Uman Zathroth ejercía su poder sobre Tibia.
Las fuerzas de Uman Zathroth no conocían fronteras y se adaptaban a todos los terrenos. Así, Zathroth, conquistó los mares y océanos. Uman
siguió siendo señor de las tierras emergidas.
Fardos, aunque incapaz de salir de su exilio, al ver el caos y la destrucción que habitaba en su creación, decidió poner remedio y creó a los humanos. ¡Curiosos seres, los humanos, capaces de lo mejor y lo peor! Uman y Zathroth, cansados de su batalla pero conscientes de su capacidad, decidieron encomendar su suerte a la providencia y dejar que los humanos decidiesen su destino.
Misión 1: El ritual.
Nos encomendaremos a los dioses por medio de un ritual místico para el cual necesitamos los siguientes objetos. ¡La salvación de Tibia está en tus manos!
Envía estos objetos al chamán Capuleto en un backpack de color naranja. Nuestros informadores dicen que reside en Venore.

Mission 3: Flower of Honour.
Unfortunately two great warriors lost their lives for the cause. It is our duty to honour them.
Quote: There where ten stone soldiers watch from the sky, lies the unknown hero who separated Goshnar’s head from his body. Leave a flower on his grave (screenshot required), he deserves it, and tell the monk to pray for his soul.
Quote: Not so far from a priest of Fafnar found the death a friend of mine. You will find his body surrounded by water, at the shadow of a palm tree. The last thing he saw were the lions and scorpions which never let him escape. Leave a flower next to him (screenshot required) as payment for all he did for me.
Mission 4: The catapults.
We need more ammo at Venore! We are out of big stones and we started to throw women with the catapults to defend ourselves from the orc attacks. Rumours say that women are kinda pissed and started a camp not far from here. However, our engineer says that we can use a parcel of exactly 1024.4 oz as bullet to defend the city until our allies come. Help us!
Mission 5: Engineer yourself.
[i]Ok, our engineer was smashed by a parcel of exactly 1024.4 oz. A childish mistake in a sum. We need a new engineer and it has to be you, but first you need to proove yourself at mathematics:
Quote: Bubble and Wurzel met once at Venore’s depot. Bubble, after asking for some coins to Wurzel, starts chatting.
-How many second chars do you have?
-Three –says Wurzel
-Levels?
-I’ll give you two clues: the product of their three levels is 36 and the sum is equal the number of coins I gave you before.
Bubble, after thinking, says that she needs one more clue to guess the levels.
-Ok. The higher one is druid.
What are the levels of Wurzel’s second chars?

Misión 6: Preparing for the attack
His family was so rich, but invested its money on a mission which fail. Now he lives in poverty, but he will help you to get in touch with the white crow. At his house you’ll find 4 books written by a powerful magician. Your duty is to take those books and send them to me.
Mission 7: Final
Darn it! We need help to understand this books and save ourselves from perdition. Somewhere in Tibia there is a wise man who could help us. We must find him, but we don’t know his name, his location nor his occupation. All we have is this lousy piece of paper. Maybe there is a hint on it:

A long time ago I wrote a poem,

Misión 2: Buscando alianzas.

Misión 3: Honrando a los muertos.
Desgraciadamente, dos grandes guerreros perdieron su vida por la causa. Es nuestro deber despedirlos con todos los honores.
Quote: Allí en donde diez soldados de piedra vigilan desde las alturas, yace el heroe desconocido que separo la cabeza del cuerpo de Goshnar. Deposita una flor en su tumba, se lo merece (haz screenshot y envíala), y dile al monje que lo tenga en sus plegarias.
Quote: Cerca de un sacerdote de Fafnar halló la muerte un viejo amigo. Encontrarás su cuerpo rodeado de agua y a la sombra de una palmera. Lo último que vieron sus ojos, fueron los leones y escorpiones que le impidieron escapar. Llévale una flor en pago de los servicios que me ofreció durante su vida (haz screenshot y envíala).
Misión 4: Las catapultas.
¡Necesitamos más munición en Venore! Nos hemos quedado sin piedras grandes y hemos empezado a cargar nuestras catapultas con mujeres para defendernos de los orcos del norte. Ya corre la leyenda de que esas mujeres están enfadadas y han abierto un campamento no muy lejos de aquí. Nuestro ingeniero dice que si utilizamos un parcel que pese exactamente 1024.4 oz podremos hacer frente al avance enemigo durante el tiempo suficiente para que lleguen refuerzos. ¡Ayúdanos!
Misión 5: Demuestra tu ingenio
Nuestro ingeniero murió aplastado por un parcel que pesaba exactamente 1024.4 oz. Calculó mal la resistencia de nuestras catapultas. Necesitamos un nuevo ingeniero y tienes que ser tú, pero antes deberás pasar un examen para demostrar tu conocimiento de las matemáticas:
Quote: Bubble y Capuleto se encuentran un día en el depot de Venore. Bubble, después de pedirle unas monedas a Capuleto, se pone a charlar.
-¿Y tú cuántos second char tienes?
-Tres -responde Capuleto
-¿Y qué niveles son?
-Pues la multiplicación de sus niveles es igual a 36 y la suma es
igual al número de monedas que te he regalado.
Bubble, pensativa, dice que necesita un algún dato más para deducir el resultado.
-Tienes razón. El más alto es druida.
¿Qué niveles son los second char de Capuleto?

Misión 6: Preparando el ataque.
Su familia era inmensamente rica, pero invirtió su patrimonio en una misión que fracasó. Ahora vive en la pobreza, pero te ayudará a ponerte en contacto con el cuervo albino. En su casa encontrarás cuatro libros escritos por un poderoso mago. Tu labor consiste en requisar esos libros que nos ayudarán a ganar la guerra y enviármelos.
Misión 7: Final
¡Maldición! Necesitamos ayuda para entender nuestros libros y librarnos así de la perdidión. En algún lugar de Tibia se esconde un sabio que podría ayudarnos a poner las cosas a nuestro favor. Debemos encontrarlo, pero no sabemos ni su nombre, ni su localización, ni su ocupación. Todo lo que tenemos es un viejo documento que encontramos por casualidad:
Quote: Nadie jamás sabrá quién soy,
posiblemente tú tampoco.
Crees que podrás hallarme hoy?
Años atrás escribí un poema,
mis padres dijeron que no era bueno.
A pesar del tiempo aún los quiero,
relee estas líneas y piensatelo.

I've just woke up and ITS OVER!
Kronen was able to complete all the missions. At 5:27 he sent me the 7th mission screenshot and it was correct.

Oh darn... I wasn't even quick enough to read through the post... It sure looked fun though! I appreciate the invite and look forward to more!
A tip might be to have some sort of time limit... or a start date, perhaps even announce it ingame!
Still though, good initiative, and congratulations to Kronen!
