i know you lack leaders, and i know summer is comming an some younger players have exams soon...
i would love to see on this, or on the new site some kind of hint if there will be a raid....
you got the list with the former raids, maybe you can make a list with raids to come, where raid leaders can tell us if they can lead .. like a list of dates where leaders can put their name when they will be there, even if they will be a bit late...
since a few weeks, us players log in, run to dart and have no clue if there will be a raid, if this goes on for some time we will end up lacking players to raid the dragon...

Applications to become a RaidLeader will still be taken. If you know someone who´s willing and capable to become DR- / LR- Leader, tell him/her that he/she is welcome to join us - Also if you are interested, just send a small PM to me and I´ll try to reach you InGame or via PM here asap :)
We´d be happy to get some support in our team - So make an application! :D
Pertaining to the question - Actually I think it´d be very difficult to get such a system work, because everytimes there´s the possibility that a leader gets tied up with business and can´t tell that he won´t be able to join the raid in time.
But I think we´ll make a discussion about it in the Leader-panel.
