This is a Minstrel template in which you can specify your weaponspec (slash/thrust) as you want. Either you craft it with +slash or +thrust. There is no +skill in stealth, since stealthminstrels suck under ~RR7.. 8)
There is only one masterpiece (100%) item in it: a small shield (which costs around ~300g as mp..), so it is cheap. You can also take the Ellyll instruments in this template, they are 100% compatible :)

As you can see instruments is only completely capped with an instrument drawn, so you may experience difficulties with charming highlevel mobs. I sat several hours on this template to bring in the Ellyll instruments and max the stats as far as possible.
If you are shocked about some resists, remember: 1% of 100dmg is only 1dmg !
You will need 99% gems to imbue these items safe!

really nice solution for the different thrust minstrel. highly available drops and just one mp (shield) makes this a descent template .you may still upgrade a couple of mps later to cap the rest.

and no MP...
minstrel are really fast oom so maybe it could be nice to max as mush as possible the MPs..
but maybe i am wrong cause i have never really played minstrel

pana is right in PvE a minstril is in most cases very fast oom..
Don't know it in RvR. but still it looks nice
but do you really need quickness? I still don't know it.
