maybe my english is very bad, but I do not really understand what your problem is...you got bounty for destroying 180 fleetpoints and that bounty was placed by link.
did I understand that the right way or was it another way??? :shock:

Nobody can tell Link on who he has or has not to place a bounty. The only case we should interrupt him is when he places a bounty on a member of the ESP or CA.
did I get that right or did I missunderstood that whole thing...

back to topic:
I spoke with commander kix and we came to the following conclusion:
Bounty is allways welcome! even if the bounty was placed by an ally mate. I was 2 months in the bounty top10 and why? because kix placed a bounty of 600k crystall and 1mio trit on my head.
do not worry that much about such things :wink:
just enjoy that your one of the top10 most wanted players of the Uk1 galaxy :D

thx but at the moment I only have 200 destroyers....I think it is better you save your ress and try to use it for better things than placing bounty on ma head :wink:
