Maybe some of you, after using hacks/cheats like softmod and isrobot have picked up an interest in making your own applications. of course, learning to do so is no easy task, but luckily there are books and the internet to help you along your way, i'll be posting some of these tutorials here.
Also, to actually write an application, and learning how to do so, you will need an API (Application Programming Interface)
Some of these are free, some of these you need to pay for. i am only going to post downloads to FREE/TRIAL versions of Visual studio here, as this is not a warez site. (of course, it's not my problem if you go about on other sites or find a torrent so you can download these programs, but please do not make threads on the forums or pm me about cracks/serials/downloads for the paid programs.)
API:
A good place to start to look is the Visual Studio Express line, wich consists of API's for the languages most in use today. of course, these are all free.
The most interesting ones besides C++ are C#,Visual basic and J#
VSE is based on Microsoft visual studio, for wich you need to pay and wich can handle multiple languages.
For starters, VSExpress is good enough to start with, though Visual studio obviously has more functions.

All of these are ebooks, some of these i uploaded to rapidshare myself (i try to avoid it when possible because of the download timer) others i found hosted on private websites.
[note]: WinRaR should be able to extract these, just extract the file you see in the archive to your desktop, rename it so you can remove the .out at the end of the file, and open it with winrar again to see the contents.

hwllo im new to the forum and was just wondering something.
why are you saying we need visual c++ and C++ .net to create hacks, such as those you listed up top?
is there anything special about c++ .net that will make my hack better then if i code it in your C++, also do you have any plain C++ stuff?

no you can use c++ too, but the public tutorials are only those in net
