but i saw on the net that he isn't going to be in it till the end
i also loved the Angel that had Mexican blood
but he didn't come on much
btw soemtimes i forget to watch TBAA but the re-runs come next day :D

Well, my number one show is GREY'S ANATOMY!!! Can't miss it.
I also like Desperate Housewives, Lost, Medium and occasionally House.
I also used to like Prison Break but went off it in the second season.

Here in Sweden House is on perfect time. It´s 21.00.
I read somewhere that House has about 4 million viewers in Sweden. :shock:

I love Navy CIS, Criminal Minds (can't wait for it to come back in fall), The Closer, Dr. House and on May 21 Prison Break will be shown on RTL. I will check it out :wink:

Thank the Creator I can get into here via yahoo notifications of replies. It's been a very slow morning already - thanks to not being able to get into anything. I also found out that it's a nation wide internet acting up not here at the university.
There are some shows that will be coming on in the fall that I won't be watching - I do not care for reality shows and some of them look pretty stupid.

I'm baffled to know that you all get US shows all over the world. Shows how much I know about the rest of the world!! Are they in English or your languages?
I used to watch reality shows, Survivor, The Apprentice, the Celeb-reality shows on VH-1; but after the first season I really lost interest in them. Most of the reality shows are very immature and immoral, so I stay away from them. Kinda like the movie Dumb and Dumber- I felt stupider after I watched the movie because I watched it!!
My favorite shows are HOUSE (I love the reruns too!), Dirty Jobs on Discovery Channel, Manic Organic, This Old House, E! News, Cowboy U, JAG, NCIS, and Smallville. I would love to go to Cowboy U, but I think they have an age limit of 30- so that rules me out. :x

In Germany you get the movies dubbed into German, but I think most of the other european countries get the movies in english with subtitles in their laguage. But I'm not sure. :?

on some movie channels they have the different languages too on the DVD's they have the subtitles.
Too you can set the language on your TV.

I didn't see that episode. The blond actor's name is Jesse Spencer. He is an Australian actor who used to be on our longest running soap opera for many years. I still find it strange watching him on House (and even stranger that they let him keep his accent)!
I hate reality TV shows too, but I must admit that I got really hooked on the last season of The Biggest Loser. I think it appeals to me cos these people are really fighting to save their own lives.

many of them have tried so many diets ,and soemtimes a program like thta could work out right

I remember a documentary on TV where they showed how they do the dubbing into different languages. Germany is known for the best dubbed versions - the words really do fit with the lips. I´ve seen dubbed versions where you still can here the original language in the background - lol - and in some countries the actors are talking without moving their lips - lol
Anyway, it´s not only Germany who is dubbing the shows and movies back here in Europe. Sad thing about it, sometimes a joke get´s lost when you translate the conversation. I love to watch the original versions, but I can´t over here (I always do when I visit my friend in Holland!, cause they do have the original versions on TV) First time I recognized that the context may be changed in a translated version was, when I watched "Philadelphia" with Denzel Washington. He´s talking about a "Leberwurst-Sandwich" in one scene and although Leberwurst is a German word, they translated it into German saying something like "Butterbrot" - awwwwww whatever - but I remember that I was wondering why they didn´t use Leberwurst. Or when I watched one of Nathaniel´s movies in Canada. I watched it in Germany already, but there was one scene I had some problems with ... didn´t make any sense to me. While watching it in English, I was like " Oh yes, now I got it !!!" The translation was so confusing ...
Enough about all this. It´s for a fact that I love Gilmore Girls because of the original version ! I always watched it in Canada and I started to love it, cause the dialogues were so great and when I got home I started to buy me the DVD´s so I can watch it in English instead of in German every Tuesday night.
But yes, all these American shows are very popular over here !!!

it's bad enough when the doggies bother me but for the most they sit and watch it. When I have my portable DVD player on watching a movie in bed, Cheddar will lay across and watch it with me.

I mainly like them because they deal with the every day life issues. Too most shows like that the good guys always win - but with the L&A series you never know who - I've seen times I've been so mad because a criminal walked - it's just exciting....

Untold Stories of the ER is a good one and the Critical Hour. Strong Medicine was a great one but if I want to watch it I have to stay up till around 1 or so because it comes on so late.
