The deck looks pretty solid, but why are you still hanging on your dark lords favor?
Without sensei there is no more Saya to combo with and honorloss is that huge. You have way that many HR, so why ruining your game with them?

Also you don't play any more dazai's so dishonor is no more a win option for you.
I played only with 2 Test of Honor, which is enough in my eyes, because you can't beat Ratling, Goblins, Onis and Elemental Dragons with it, also Satsu and P'an Ku are nonhuman.
And on the other hand against Honor in any version you need to dishonor him first, so you need two cards for one PK-action.
Perhaps the Price of Loyality is a card to toolbox with, instead of the third Test of Honor.
Items:
I'm thinking about a copy of Obsidian Mirror, which helps you against every deck, because you know some cards in each deck.
Fortunes Gift is perhaps an event i will add, because its still good to grap the sword against duelling or the Armor if you need a bunch of force.
After some tests i can say you some more.
