Also ehrlich, Jann und Co. sind um Meilen besser als The Ark, das war ja mal echt Mist, was die da abgeliefert haben. Aber zu dem Typen passt Glam auch nicht, ehrlich. Und wären Jann aufgetreten, das wär mal was gewesen, aber nein, man muss ja Hanna Pakkarinen da hinpacken, echt mal!

The band hasn't said yet anything, so we have to wait for them to say something. Tommi Liimatainen (their manager) has confirmed that the break-up is true, but he didn't know or tell more.
I don't know anything about this, I just read these things and thought that maybe I should write something in English to people who don't understand Finnish. And yeah, my English isn't great :/

There's nothing sadder than giving reasons and doing the dirty laundry
in public especially when it's the end of an era that touched a lot of
people, and yet, ultimately, it's just a break-up of just another rock
band. Yet uncertainty can destroy all the beautiful memories, although
with knowledge comes pain. In this case both of these apply and
therefore I write this last diary
entry as a salute to everyone who supported us.
The breakup was ultimately caused by a sum of many parts although
everything seemed to happen fast. The saddest part was that news about
the breakup was leaked to the media almost instantaneously when it
happened. What a scandalous band we were right till the end.
Instead of replacing any band members or anything like that I felt it
was best to announce that I quit and by doing that ultimately break up
the whole band. There's fault in all of us and when we look into the
mirror, no one has any reason to blame others. From the very
beginning, we were four completely different personas and stayed that
way until the end. We never had a dress code or an uniform to wear.
We never tried to conform to a preconceived notion or mold. Some
people wanted some things and other people wanted other things. It's
as simple as that.
There are enough bands created to fit to a certain mould. Jann Wilde &
Rose Avenue was not one of those bands.
The best thing is, although bittersweet, is that we can reminisce
about these things together while riding this merry-go-round known as
life. We were a special band and never went unnoticed, no matter where
we went. Ardé, Mr. Rock'n'Roll, a modern-day Johnny Thunders will no
doubt be playing his guitar in the shadowy streets tonight. Behind the
corner there's René, Mr. Moderation, getting everything together,
getting things done and then "getting some shut-eye". And what about
Tender Rexx, conquering hearts with his sincerity and drumming his way
into the hearts of everyone. What a crazy bunch. What if we someday
start a therapy band together, just to spite everyone?
What does the future hold for us? That remains to be seen but it will
take some measures to bring this rocket off course because now there's
four of us. We are now literally more than just a band. Thank you
everyone. See you at the last gigs, in memories and in old photos. And
we'll take a new photo when we meet again. L-O-V-E.
