RAH in May
More and more of John's MySpace friends are asking if he will play
at the RAH Gigs with Simply Red this month.
As far as we can say, John or Dee didnt hear anything
from Simply Red till now.
John just confirmed that he will work in a studio in London,
with another artist for a few days between the 25. - 29. May.

at the RAH Gigs with Simply Red this month.
As far as we can say, John or Dee didnt hear anything

So no more news from the Simply Red camp about John playing at the RAH shows? In the Private Party topic Alyna said most likely John will not be playing! Say it isn't so!!! I'm just wanting to see if you have been asked to play at the RAH recently? Maybe the powers that be at SR changed there minds by now? I hope to see you up there at least one night John! The shows just won't be the same without you!!! You're a very important part of the music & magic of Simply Red. One less member and it's not the same anymore!!!

Glad she's got work...hope the acting works out well for her. Would like to see her stop by here sometime and fill us in on what she's been up to.
Her presence will be sorely missed. As will John's of course. Their work is all over the new album...and past albums...
I'd better stop here before I go on a rant. :wink: I feel really bad for anyone who didn't get to see last summer's tour...the best lineup still intact. I know just how fortunate I was now, and I'm thankful.

Thanks for letting me know! It's too bad things didn't work out but what can you do.......just move on and focus on the future. The past is the past!!! But it was quite sad not to see John & Dee at the RAH shows. I kept hoping they would be there. I enjoyed the concerts but that extra magic both John & Dee brought to Simply Red was truly missed. :cry:
I'm happy to read that Dee is keeping herself busy with acting and other projects & John with his music. May they both succeed with everything they do!!! :)
