After some testgames in Zwolle we finaly agreed that the Rosuku Sensei just sucks. This is the Version i will play in Nürnberg. Please give some response and tell me wath you would change.

First i would spell Crippling Cut with "p" not with "b" :)
I would try to get another divining pool into the dynasty deck, because with eight events you allways want to see one, in the early rounds.
I wouldn't play three chojiros, because this makes to vulnerable to Test of Honor. Add a third Nagiken, because i works fine with Search for Advantage, which you should include in your deck also.
And finally there are only 39 cards in your fate deck, or?

There are 3 Nagikens in Christian ;)
Check the guys under the Province! I started to work on this deck since the Zwolle Kotei. We have to Phone this week! Then we could talk about it. We will test today also against fabers ratling blitz i think i will put the decklist online tomorrow

Maybe, i coult cut a Arms Smuggler for the 2nd Divining Pool.
I realy forgot the search for Advantage. But again that card has a fucking 3 and i´m a real fan from Emerald with its 4 and the posibility to use it on honerable guys witch is strong aganinst Mantis. In my first version i even played them over Victory and Death, but Stormking convinced me to change that. A hard decidion!
If Rat Blitz is a problem i could add a 2nd Exellence, this card is so good and is never an "Klotz am Bein"!
I think that 3 Chojiros is the right number, because he is the best Duelist after Nagiken. But i liked Satsu in the old Version and maybe i will cut one Chojiro for him, even without the Sensei...

I dont think that emerald will help you in your problem Matchups.
And Emerald is lethal duel, beware of the militarys who play better fv's than you. You can't efford to lose a lethal duel!
We tested yesterday and Ratling is a huge problem.
I took all provinces before he made it to 40.
Maybe there are some optioins with events like winterstorm to stop them a lil bit.

Winter Storm is no option because it hurts the Butakas and they are realy important...
A 2. Excellence and/or the guy that can bring 2 with him under a province are better.

Kawanari is usless against ratling he send you one home the second dies on his aftershock! You played out 3 guys over the box for the effect of one!
I played now 6 or 7 games against the rat deck and i lost them all! I have added 3 outer walls and will play 2 Stronger than Steel i really like that card. I havent testet it but it looks for me as if it will help in nearly all matchups.
My fourth guy for the box is Mirumoto Takishi he can bow a dishonered guy when he comes in and can bow for a range 3 i think he will be usefull in some machtes.
