The number reads 106 14217, diameter is 11 cm.

I found the same part on the crash site of an F-6D.
We can see 3 impacts of projectiles on it. In this case, the plane touched trees before crashing in the ground, so the descelleration was lower. Much more projectiles didn't pearce the alu part, but hit it.
