Frida in Benny's Klinga Mina Klockor!
Hej!

ABBAInternet has some new video's and one of them is footage of the recording of Klinga Mina Klockor in 1987.
This is my favourite off the album and one of the reasons is that Frida is in the choir of female singers.
Of course Frida can be seen here and that is the reason why I posted it in the Frida section and not in the Benny (he is there too... duh) section.
It is nice to see her being part of a Benny project and how great would it be if they would work together once more... We can dream... can't we...

I have this song its lovely,When i click link i can hear the song but i cant watch the video because the small realplayer screen is green its playing but with a green picture so there must be a problem with my real player i need to get it sorted but ive no idea why its doing this its the same with loads of links lately! :?

I like "Klinga mina klockor" very much, too. The video is nice, although the camera man was not the biggest Frida Fan, I guess.

Well it is all about Frida for us but it was actually about Benny and even he did not get too much camera time.

Nice to see that the song was recorded in one take by the way: orchestra and singers together. Really impressive!

Thank you Ron for this topic and the link; it's my favourite solo album from Benny and a so beautiful track. Frisda is majestic in her white dress and it was very generous from her and Benny to do something together.
Great moment for the abba's fans.

Hello Carribean I have just managed to see this clip with Frida and Benny it is a beutiful song, I have never seen this before so its brilliant thanks Carribean for posting,I had problems with my media player i needed a codec9 thanks philippe for sending me the link and info!

At 1.49 into the song there is a nice (but fast) close up of Frida!
There is another one at 2.25 ... Karen Glenmark also can be seen as well as a singer who appears to have some kind of a hot flash... lol!
And at 3.23 there is Frida again and her image turns into Benny's image who looks very content.

I like the song and video a lot! :wink:

Hi dear members!

Ehh....did you not know the history about the choir in this song?

So when Benny had the music of this song recorded, he came up with the idea of having a real, good female choir to sing it, so practically all good female vocalist in our country were invited to sing this sort of folk-song.
A lot of our major singers did show up for recording and this choir really contains so many famous voices. As this choir was so special with all the for swedes famous faces, it was decided to film the recording- session.
I am sure Benny asked Agnetha too, but this was in the same period she was working on the "I stand alone" album.

Yes watching this clip several times it is wonderful. As you said Carribean to See working with Benny on his then Project. I would loved Benny to have produced another Album For Frida after Shine!

That would have been so good. Just a shame they were so busy with Chess and other Matters.
