Didn't they make any video recordings from any concert during 1973-1976? I really don't understand this.. they went on tour differrent times.. the only thing we have is ABBA in concert 1979 and ABBA the movie and those aren't even complete concerts but just parts :cry:

That is incredible and I double took when I saw the pic of Agnetha and Frida morphed into one another. Weird! At first I was like, ''What the ****?'' and then the penny dropped. Very strange. But cheers for the link-they all look so fresh, young and innocent.

Yes such a pity they never recorded any early preformances of An early ABBA.

Well, who really knows? I think we just can't be sure of whether they had done a recording or not (and if it only was recorded with a lousy equipment).

Why should they?
I actually doubt this too and I especially doubt this would have been for a possible release. I just say you can't be 100% sure of it even though chance probably is low, but do B&B tell all (or the truth) about ABBA material all the time? What would happen if they would admit they had recordings of 10 concerts or so? Do we really know all about their way to work especially regarding their tour preparations anyway? Do we know their archives or what was done for the moment only without keeping it? (Just see the discussion about BAO now.)

I sometimes almost would like to ask: Do they know their archives themselves? :P

Especially because of the early stage of ABBA and the experiences with 1973 concerts I could think of internal reasons like
- own documentation
- improvements of their live performances
