well the last couple of days i wanted to see sth else than the lush vegetation of wake island so i joined a karkand map for a couple of rounds ... has been a while ago since i played that map ...
but wtf almost all maps are infantry only and ff off ...
horror ... between 40 - 50 people spamming 'nades at each other, spawn killing on every flag and each major building roof had at least a couple snipers, support and medic kits on it thanks to the c4 elevator.
the 'nades exploded by the millions like firecrackers on new year's eve. that's fucking insane. i prefer to have the old karkand with vehicles ...

i hate karkand...if i play city maps than i play road to jalalalalalalalalalala,bagdad....but i love the sun so i join the island and not this burnin citys :D

Karkand is the best map...and inf. only is better than with vehicles...spawnkilling is cool because i do it myself^^ :D

I like karkand inf. most of the time. But the people that play there usually 24/7 karkand players who are all experts at point whoring. Everygame is the same, grenade madness at the start then somone always runs to either train or suburb then the game gets going.
To busy always dying, you spent half the game waiting to resporn and clays ffs, clays at every flag down every alley. You get loads more score per min at karkand cause theres always stuff to do but still wake is 10 times better cause you can choose when to fight and where to go and you stay alive longer

But on Wake you need more time to make the same score than at an inf. server with karkand map...

Prefer Karkand too, altough I ussualy play on a server where FF is off. Biathlon plays there sometimes too.

I played on a ff off karkand infantry only, I think for the first time the other day and Lux you are right. WOW. I never seen people do some of the shit they do on there before. They use C4 to blow themselves on roof tops over the spawn points and just c4 and grenade spam the spawning people. It was a 64 man map aswell so total maddness, I think my screen was shell shocked for about 80% of the game and think I got spawn killed about 15 times sorry didnt really enjoy it. Infantry servers are great fun when do properly but they have taken all winning tatics out of the game and its become simply spammers game.
