The EYE ... 25er RAID in Netherstorm

Everyone needs to complete the quest series and earn the key to become attuned to The Eye and be allowed in. The process to obtain the Tempest Keep Key is staggering. Youll first have to complete a very long quest chain starting in Shadowmoon Valley. There are a handful of pre-requisite quests starting mainly at the Alter of Damnation with possible pre-reqs linking from Shadowmoon Village (Horde) or Wildhammer Stronghold (Alliance).

Eventually youll talk to a quest giving NPC named Oronok Torn-Heart which will continue the series for over a dozen more quests coming from he or his sons.

Once the quest line finishes out and youve killed the Firelord you can travel back to Shattrah City where you will get 3 quests requiring you to complete instances on Heroic Mode. These instances include Shattered Halls, the Steamvault, Shadow Labyrinth, and the Arcatraz.

Once these 4 instances are completed on heroic mode then the 3 quests are completed and you will earn your Tempest Key.
