Yes its a good idea, if no member pay then gh is lost. so sell and make money to keep for premmy :) or buy nice item :)

in my opinion our it will be the best to sell our gh because nobody is online to pay the rent for it :(

we have found a guild, they want to buy it, but the problem is, that the leader is atm not online -.-
and this guild is in war with another guild so they cant talk to me atm -.-

The rent is at 25k each month, The guild is like 30 persons, That would be like 1k from each player each month..
That is a little to exensive.
So ill support selling the guild hall, and the money should go to a new guild hall in Carlin, to pay the rent. With each player invited in the guild house should send the leader/vice leaders a parcel with 100gp and their name on the label. Then the guild will have a guildhall for a little while.
btw, how much are the other guild planning to pay for Seawatch?
