the missing link for U96?? don't make me laugh. U96 = U96
in a different sound but still U96
Potemkin is nice to listen but not a new kind of music

I dont agree for me Potemkin is more melodics, more strange, more U96...
Alex C. is not U96... it's only a part of it.... but at this time he make only dance, commercial songs... with beer... ass... for me the last songs is like the techno groupe... money... sex... ass... (aaaaaaaaarrrg I don't like that...)
For me techno is different... subtile, nice... strange inovative... show ass and dance songs for the mass people doesn't represent the U96 universe...
I think the Uboot von alex is now Pink with ladies and gay people...
The Uboot von potemkin feel more strange more inovative (but with ladies and gay people too... hey... my mind is open ;))
Please Potemkin make a good album... inovative with nice non commercial clip...
I think Potemkin is like Linux (more "artisanal" and Alex C. like Vista "business and marketing")...
What do you think ?

Agree Digger! But i`m afraid, we`ll never listen to their album - at present lables bring out only cheesy and poppy dance music with the exception of some trance musicians like armin,atb or tiesto and so on,but they are really like pop stars nowadays. by the way, i asked Hayo again about the release and there are nothing new about it -he says they found no lable yet but maybe they will release it on major records - it`s not clear. he said, they work on some new tracks of potemkin. so, as i`ve said they are too weird and electronic in my opinion, and also too original to be popular,`cause masses like quite simple music with banal texts, like asses (sorry alex :twisted: ). it`s a hard time for electronic music - i`m sure it will be released only as download soon. :cry:

I didn`t have any info about this, when i heard yesterday night the Blood Of The Rose, i said this is the real U96!.
But in this fucking world it is all about money, this is good music i realy like, but this is good just for us, for the fans.
I want the old group back again: Panarinfo, Hoinkis, Hauss, Christensen this i my dream :cry:
I want to he makes the mode, and not to follow.

I don't understand why makes he that, U96 is famous Techno group and not some light pop group.
So or Techno and the old members with name U96, or nothing!!!

Don't get me wrong i love Alex Christensen. He is a fantastic producer.
And he is "The Face", "The Man Behind U96", but what he makes now this is realy bad.
I want back the old band, with fantastic sounds and witht vocals from Ingo Hauss. I know this remains just a dream :cry: ...

times have changed and now other music rules the world - simple, accessible for the masses and alex understands it, cause as mentioned before, he`s a talented producer. but damn, i can`t believe that he really likes music which he produces. if so, maybe i was wrong all the time about him. just seen his new video doktorspiele - nothing new, just logical continuation of his new creation way. out of wilhelmsburg with the exception of 2-3 tracks should have be the first alex c. album, and euphorie the second. i can`t understand, he was really good not only at producing but also at compositing when i listen to early alex c. singles - angel of darkness was brilliant. but why he breaks now all our beliefs.

What r u speaking about. cd-maxi are released nowadays only by popstars in electro music like armin van buuren, tiesto or atb. the rest of them release the material only as web or vinyls. and it`s a pitty but i really doubt, that potemkin will release at least one single, cause as mentioned above, their music does not conform to present time - they have very little chances to sell it well. just see, how successfull the new "music" from alex is und u`ll understand that nearly nobody needs potemkin`s music nowadays. very bad time for music - it concerns also my present heroes who got today really bad...

It's Alright is a ok track, sounds alittle like pet shop boys at sometimes. as i been written before: Alex music is to commercial and cheap 4 me it lack´s the darkness and mystical vibe & potemkin´s music sounds to old and lack´s that little commercial touch. dont get me wrong i dont hate uncommercial music, i just dont like it when new music sounds old.
Alex: Ultra cheap commercial
potemkin: old, dark uncommercial.
Alex & potemkin: The perfekt sound of U96
i really hope potemkin finds a label so they can releas their stuff one way or another. and maby they can collaborate whit the right person and find the touch that is missing in their sound.

Near all artits release her product on CD. Just Hardcore and Hardstyle releases are only on vinyl or WEB release.
And for me it's all the same or CD or Vinyl or WEB release.

please read my statement carefully one more time. i wrote - cd-singles are released quite seldom by electro-musicians, not cd`s generally - cd-albums are published quite often also today, but not singles. singles almost always on vinyls or as web. and the question was about this and not about what do you prefer or me - cds or vinyls. for me music matters and not format on which it is released. now i listen only to mp3 and it suits absolutely to me. i hope, this time u got what i wanted to express.

Please don`t be offended - i didn`t want to say you`re stupid or else at all. u just understood my thoughts incorrect. all i wanted to say, that i feel really sorry that hayo and ingo can not find lable to release their music and that time is so stupid what concern music if u know what i mean. and i wanted also that potemkin brings something out, but first of all you should be realistic.
p.s. sometimes it is so funny how people can interpret your statements - totally wrong.

ok, at first you had to write "I'm not so good in english" :lol: to be honest my english is not quite perfect, cause my first language is german and english is the second (i have higher linguistic education :roll: ).
concerning german writing it would much more easier for me, but the others would have a probability not to understand what is our speech all about 8)

finally someone paid attention to this strange alternative rock tracks, cause that`s what i wrote some months ago about and got no reaction from fans at all. well, i don`t understand what the hell is that but this music is terrible and the language is also not quite english or german :lol: but there is a name of potemkin above the tracks and the album name. so, maybe we should ask hayo and ingo :? :shock: :?:
