The song is ok , but at the moment it gets on my nerves ... in every performance she sings it . At these specials like the CDTV Speical 2004~2005 she could have sang an older song a new song , but only koibumi and mata ash.ita .
The beginning of the song sounds like Mariah Carey's "without you" ^_^
Did they ever sing 'Good night' ?
What's ur opinion of that song ?

The only time they performed "good night" live is on UTABAN so far. =)
I think mocchi did quite well when singing "koibumi" if you compare these performances to the "FUNDAMENTAL LOVE" ones where she often strained her vocal; moreover, the instrumentals played in the background during the live are louding which makes the music more emotional in a good way.
"koibumi" has grown on me a lot recently; the melody can become very addictive while the lyric, on some levels, pains me when I listen to the song at night; my mother also has the same thought when she first heard this one and told me that it's truly her favorite ELT song. In terms of musical arrangement, mocchi's vocal fits nicely with the song, and I must say ikkun's guitar from the last bridge is absolutely heartbreaking, therefore in my humble opinion, this song is much likely the second best work ELT put out after "fragile".

One of the very few J-pop songs that have made me come close to crying. So obviously it's excellent.
