This "award" is not an award.
You HAVE to "vote" for 10 SELECTED web-sites.
This is NOT a vote.
I even wonder if the real "votes" on the 10 site listed will be used.
(10 ? why not 5 or 3... or 1 ?)

Some have been ignored (mine for instance: this is the second year they ignore my web-site, despite tried to be added).
A clear attitude towards an other web-site.

And as you said, ABBAinter.net reached the top 200 at the recent Digital Music Awards (a REAL vote) and it is even the number one ABBA web-site there. (thousands web-sites listed there + thousand voters)
