If you do not have access/possibility to update the DKP page
Please post Raid Attendance,
* without typos (bad spelling leads to much confusion and split-up DKP
* including ALL attendees (even those who do not receive DKP since they joined late or left early - put that info below)
* start the Names with uppercase - it doesn't make a difference for the program, but for readability
* try to include which items were purchased - more info is always good
last but not least:
ask on the Gurubians channel if someone can update the DKP page
or whisper someone you know who can (Grohar, Nibs, ... even me)
If you do have access/possibility to update the DKP page
and you are asked to fix a spelling error or something similar
don't create "mock items" to juggle around DKP
rather correct the wrong entry in the Raid where it happened
Example:
Elunique was added to an AQ20 raid as "Eluniaque"
=> open Details for "Eluniaque"
- find the Raid this Typo-creature attended
- open that raid
- fix the spelling
=> voila all is well, and "Eluniaque" is even gone from the DKP page without you having to delete her
