What grade are you in?
Hey y'all, just was interested in what grade they put you.

First they made some mistakes and put me in 9th grade, then they fixed my grade to 11, and afterwards I found out that they didn't take my German credits from the 10th grade because I forgot to translate them. But now I'm a SENIOR :D

If you're a Junior, you should check out wheter you've translated your last reportcard from Germany or not.

I did ... but they didnt wanted (checked) any of them :/ ... it never minds if i am a junior or a senior...i've in every class sinors... sometimes sophmores too

I am a JUNIOR!!!

Damn... today, my counselor found out, that exchange-students who only are in the States for one year can't be classified as seniors in the dallas county schools. Dude, I was really pissed off. But I still will be able to go senior trips like the trip to Six Flags (theme park) because I'm in AP Physics and stuff like that.

Juniors rule :wink:

na klar bist du in english 4, also der englisch kurs bestimmt deinen grade....... :wink:
sprich
english I = freshmen
english II= sophomores
english III= juniors
english IV und higher = seniors
mit oder ohne honors

so hab ich das mitgekriegt^^

But there are some important details, because it's totally different if you are in AP English III and AP English IV or the normal classes. I was 2 weeks in English III and then I changed it to AP English III what is much better but also harder, and it is connected with lots of work and stress. We already read the book "The Great Gatsby" and at the moment I'm reading "The Catcher In The Rye". You always have to write essays and you get crazy vocabulary and literary terms that I even wouldn't know in German, haha.

in my school it doesn`t depent on the grade. the other exchangestudents are also seniors but there are in freshmanenglish. that is the reason why i wrote i am proud ^^

hey guys....
i could not choose between english 3 or 4 or something...i am in english....blubb
we red the book "the great getsby", too. and now we are reading "the adventures of huckleberry finn" which is very very stupid. a german exchange student has to read a book with really really stupid dialect....
ok...see you....byebye...

oh....i forgot....i am a junior which is very very funny. my school is a collage school. that means, that you have some special qualifications with your diploma....something like this...i'm a junior, because a senior on my school is too busy and has not really time for other things....

ja, school...that is a funy thing in america, pretty easy, but i have a lot of assigments and fucken stuff like that! I am a Seniour!!!

hey guys....well we're bout to go back home to germany but i just wanted to say im a junior and we're the best!!!!
they wouldn't make me a senior cause i wa sonly 15 when i came to the us...but oh well...there r lots of seniors in ma classes but i still think the junior are cooler! i wish i could stay here for another year and finish school....cause its freakin sweet how easy it is!!!
