    The primary purpose of this message is to point our faithful players in the direction of the newly introduced Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Knight Online customer support tickets and provide some insight as to why we’re providing it. In addition, this post focuses on three other aspects of the Knight Online service that are either in place or upcoming. Some points may be more interesting to you than others, but collectively they represent our commitment to improving our service offerings for the game you love.

    Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    I welcome you to review the Knight Online Customer Support SLA, recently posted here. Up to this point, no expectation has been set as to what customer support level you deserve as a customer, paying or non-. We feel that it is important for you to have a frame of reference against which to gauge how happy you are with the customer support you receive.

    Keep in mind that nothing is changing here. We have always given priority to our paying customers. Our goal in every aspect of our service is to make all of our players as satisfied as possible. Some players place great value in customer support and if you’re one of them, you’ll get your money’s worth for upgrading to a premium service package. However, if customer support isn’t important to you, you can continue enjoying Knight Online free of charge.

    Upcoming Customer Support Tool
    In an effort to improve the existing support quality for our paying players, we are incorporating a new tool for managing our trouble tickets. This tool is currently being piloted with another of our titles, Global MU Online. At first glance, this new support tool is very similar to the existing tool. However, there are some subtle differences that should have a great impact on the quality of service we provide. Here’s what you can expect at the launch of this tool or soon after.
    - Email Integration
    At its launch, you will receive a summary via email of any tickets you submit through the website (remember to keep your registered email address up-to-date!). You will also receive supplementary emails detailing any changes to your ticket’s status (such as when it has been resolved). This means that you won’t have to keep logging in to the website to check if your ticket has been answered.

    Eventually, you will even be able to update your ticket with additional information directly via email so that you will only have to log in to the website once during the initial ticket submission.
    - Integrated Knowledgebase
    Our new support tool includes a searchable Knowledgebase which will contain answers to gameplay questions and resolutions to common issues. With this, you may not even have to submit a ticket in the first place!
    - Customer Surveys
    With this new tool, we will be able to provide customer surveys with our responses. This will give you a chance to let us know how we’re doing. This data will be used to monitor how satisfied our players are with the support they receive and allow us to identify issues and improve upon them.
    - Improved Reporting
    While this is probably the least exciting aspect of the tool for the player, it may be the most exciting for us. Along with customer survey results, we will have more data on the types of issues we are receiving and what areas of our support we need to focus on improving.

    Knight Online Team Changes
    There have also been some changes to the Knight Online team and more are in the works.
    - New Producer
    We’ve recently brought on a new Producer for Knight Online who brings over 10 years of industry experience with him. He brings a fresh perspective and has a lot of great ideas on the direction our service should take.
    - New Community Liaison
    In addition, we have appointed a new full time community liaison, Perastis, for Knight Online. He comes from the Customer Support team, where he was one of my top representatives. He has a solid understanding of the game, the community, and the issues players face on a daily basis.
    - Additional Game Master Staff
    We have numerous GMs in-game constantly, but making an impact on each and every one of tens of thousands of players is difficult. We have been hiring additional Game Masters and will keep doing so in the foreseeable future to make sure that their presence is known to all our players.

    General Communication
    I recently spoke to a player who had a number of concerns with how the Knight Online service is being run. Beyond the specific issues he had, his biggest concern was that he was not seeing any improvements. While he had some great feedback that I took to heart, I was surprised that he was not seeing the improvements to the service that I see on a daily basis. At this point I realized that the area we have the most room for improvement in is communication. Communicating what we have done and are doing to improve the experience for our players is a top priority for me and the rest of the Knight Online team.

    Bringing on a dedicated community liaison and making this post itself are a step in the right direction, but I realize this is only a first step. Here are some other initiatives which should serve to improve communication from us to you.
    - All New Knight Online Website
    We’ve spent a great deal of time redesigning our website, which should be released soon. This will make it easier to find the information you need for Knight Online.
    - Third Party Cheat Programs
    The use of third party cheat programs is a huge issue and one we are fighting vigilantly with constant updates to Xtrap and increased Game Master presence. However, I’ve heard players express concerns that we’re not doing anything about these cheaters. To give players a better sense of how much headway we actually make, we will provide regular updates on how many accounts we have closed for the use of these programs.
    - Developer’s Chat
    We are also preparing to host a developer’s chats. This will be an opportunity for players to participate in a Q&A session directly with the Producer of Knight Online. Afterwards, the transcripts of these discussions will be posted to the forums for all players to review.

    While we would love to make these sessions available to the entire populace, we will not be able to open this to everyone for logistical reasons. Instead, we will be selecting players at random to participate. Please check the Knight Online website for further details as they become available.

    ist echt kein schöner Anblick !
    und wenn einer damit anfängt...
    ich meine,ich hab die Platte auch voll mit heavy pictures und es juckt auch manchmal,sie reinzustellen,aber das spar ich mir auf.
    ZUMINDEST SOLLTE ES KEIN DAUERBILD SEIN !!!
