Great Britains famous public schools are more loved than any time. Although in the past character and fairness were rated higher there than academical knowledge, now more and more parents send their children to this schools, because they bid a better school education than many state schools. The classes are smaller, consequently the pupil get a individuel attention. At the public schools mainly better teachers, who are paid higher,too, than at state schools. Thus the testresults are often better at this schools. Thanks the diverse jobs and duties the pupils are learning there more, what they can use in the later life. The pronouncement, that small children as colloge puils are happier than as children, who stay at home, is however questionable. In the first school days after the holidays many children think: "Oh, if I only had staid at home!"
