My druid (Atherodes) is specced 5/0/46, for as much healing power as at all possible. I do believe that some of my points in resto are more or less a waste, since I rarely use spells such as tranquility, and haven't had problems with gaining aggro from healing in raid instances, as long as the palas keep BoS up.
I have seen some rather interesting specs, such as 0/30/21, which allows a pretty good DPS in feral form, while still having enough resto points to get Nature's Swiftness, for those imba instant HT.

Rogues really, really love ferals with Leader of the Pack... plx plx gief +3% crit chance!
