Making this bost because i think everyone in our guild would benefit if we share our "dirty secrets" :) So how to H*lL make some money? I guess would help our raids too if everyone would be bit wealthier so ppl would buy more combat drugs, epics (AH epics maeby=`?) And all kind crap that helps in instances
I my self have lvl 20 mage that has good aoe talents..with lvl 10-20 green items and white items i earn (after sended to bank char) about 10-40g per day (depends mobs i grind... i found best murlocs and other humanoids (orcs?) Also if there drops some blue items they might sell very much (heard some blue swords sell like 100gold)
Other way that i used for grinding was Silithus water elementals but since my very good friend that i dont name here (Gouch perserkki!) In drunk bit lowered the normal prices from 20 - 10g at AH it is useless way nowaday...
I heard tyrs is good place but i personally never have had any money there...
Then i heard stratholme is good (loots u win u DE and there might come righteous orbs) But personally i rarely win rolls for some strange reason there.. maeby its because someone in group has lended eagers dice (yeah those imba dices) so i really dont have change :D
Essence of waters sell nowaday very poorly so grinding in felwood = not good only 5-6g at AH and estimated drop rate is 2 essence in hour if there is no hordes. (wich there usually does) so dont recommend this
I my self have now 22g... (got while grinding 5 hours in stratholme)
So desperately need new ways to grind money

I pick pocket people in IF. Best money making ever. Don't pick pocket guildies, though, so don't blame me for missing coins...

Having one or more gathering skills on some of your characters really helps out a lot, also certain trade skills can also get you a lot of money...
Here's how my economy works:
-I grind Furbolgs in WS with my Rogue to get combat drugs (winterfall Firewater and Juju Power) and runecloth, also drop some BoE greens once in a while.
-My lvl 60 druid has skinning/mining, and often does UBRS, where he earns about 30g on each run in drops, leather, dragonscales and the ore he can mine in Searing Gorge while waiting for the rest of the group to get there.
-My lvl 43 warrior has tailoring/enchanting, is usually parked in IF, where he DE's the BoE items my other chars find, turns the runecloth I find into some cloth item for DE, and then makes a ton of money selling crafting materials and enchants.
All in all, a few hours of grinding Furbolgs, one UBRS run, and about an hour in IF on my tailor/enchanter earns me around 75g, depending on the amount of enchants I sell.
Ps.
I know that not all of you have 3 chars with skills that combine well, but having either herbalism or mining on one character is a very good way to make that extra bit of cash.

Now i have grinded in Tyrs Hand becouse alot of ppl said that it was very gr8 and alot of gr8 drops... now i dont believe it anymore i have grinded there in about 150hours and have only seen 2 ok drops 1 epic dwarven hand cannon and 1 blue cant remember name but it sucks :cry: ...
But hey suddenly i heard that Hearth Glenn in WPL was alot better.. and it seems like mobs are same lvl and elite but have less armor and less Hit Points, and drops a little more money... The best thing there is there isnt that much horde to gank me... Holy Priest yea i own horde :?: :oops: ...

Hearthglen sucks for rogues, as the mobs will spot u in stealth and ur cheapshot/backstab/whatever will malfunction... So rogues should stick to Tyrs..
Also the mobs in heathglen tends to run at about 5-10% health, so cripling poison is a must for rogues in hearthglen..
But concerning Tyrs, i very much doubt that i can be lucky every time im there. I dare not to make calculations to how much time i've spent in Tyrs, but i think we're talking 500+ hours..
When im grinding in Tyrs, i think epics drops should be thought of as a bonus. The mobs in Tyrs drops a lot of money, Runecloth and grey items that sell for 1g+ each... They also drop Librams, recipies and of course greens(for disenchant - they pay most of my enchants)..
So all in all, i would go to Tyrs ANYTIME, if i needed money..

About the essences of water.. or even EVERY essence, Deyjandi has to cheat in some way! I can grind essence ( anywhere ) for over an hour, without any drop, then the fucker logs in and on the next hour, he grinds 6 essences!! There must be a malfunction in the drop chance for locks ?! :(
In the hour he was there, nothing dropped for me..
I was THIS close to writing a GM ^^
