    Combat Drugs
I have unfortunately noted that a lot of people in our raid groups are not using combat drugs on bosses, which means that people are not doing all they can to help us win the battle.
I stongly urge all of you to use AT LEAST a minimum of combat drugs, such as +25 AG/Strength pots for melee, +25 AG for hunters, wizard/mana oils for casters, arcane elixir, mana regen food, etc.

The Rogues in our guild usually spend at least 40-50g each on a full Molten Core run, and if the rest of the guild would care to use just half that amount to buff themselves (including health and mana pots), we could start doing some imba 4-5 hour runs through MC, and would be able to win every near-wipe situation, rather than getting bigger repair bills.

Classleaders are hereby strongly urged to make a post on your classforums describing the drugs required/recommended for your class.

One final thing that has been a bit unclear lately:
It seems to me, that some of our mana users are bringing Greater/Superior mana potions to bossfights instead of Major Mana potions?
If this is true, then please stop this incredibly bad habit of wanting to get the raid wiped because you go OOM since you're a too big cheapskate to care to buy the mana pots used by lvl 60 characters!

well if i should use just half of what the rogues is using then i needed to grind 2-3 hours a day just for making MC.. then its Ony and AQ... well im a priest i need to be holy.. and i i aint holy i get a warning and if i aint going back to holy i get /gkick someday... it is much easier to grind if u are a warr/rogue!.... :( u cant just say ppl shall use combat drugs.. :?

U can easily earn the money needed for combat drugs by doing one or two five man instance runs....and they will love that u are holy 8)

I don't think Paladins should need mana pots and so on. As a Paladin you don't go oom, unless you're healing as hell ofc. :P Just spam low rank heals. I use rank 2 Flash of Light, costs 50 mana and heals for about 400-500.

Well, some times we wipe on a boss, because our healers are out of mana (which happens because of a number of reason: too low dps, bad tanking hense dmg taken by weak people, too poorly geared healers). If we wipe on a boss because of lack of healer mana, I would be really sad to see that none of the palas and half the priests didn't bring major mana pots.

Never run out of mana? I really hope you run out about one time pr 1-2 hours because of Lay on Hands. If you can drink a pot after using that ability, it would propably be a big plus for the raid. IMO, a standard reaction for using lay on hands should be to pot up, and keep healing. It's not all that different from the about 10healing pots I use at a full MC. Sometimes a lot more, since I always drink a healing pot before using a healthstone, because of the only 2min cd on pots.

I'm not saying that every hunter should be on Mongoose at every boss fight or that you guys should pot up like insanes (or our rogues), but it's really really bad karma if you don't spend 2-4g extra on buffs on Ragnaros+Majordomo, which are the two bosses where we really need that extra little mojo..

All classes are able to earn the 40g or so you need to spend every week on FR pots, health/mana pots and combat drugs... Either in instance runs, by grinding or by using tradeskills. As far as I recall, you earn about 10g in a single Scholo run + the greens and blues you might win... It should be a matter of no more than 6 hours a week for anyone to earn enough money for what you should bring for Onyxia, Majordomo, Raggy, Hexxer and Hakkar.

    PS.
Always bring more pots, etc. than you think you need, if you have 10 mana pots and only use 1, you can always save the rest for later

If you don't have a disenchant character, get one!
All your greens and blues can be DE'ed into stuff that sells fast and easy on AH, and will make you far more money than vendoring it, all you need to do is get a char to lvl 5, learn journeyman enchanting and then just DE ftw!

If HE'S not using combat-drugs I'M not using combat drugs

Puhnu, I can see your point, but, maybe the reson you dont oom is because WE(rogues) use alot of gold on Major Healing Potion, mongoose, strenght, firewater, dense sharpening stones etc. to end the fights as qiuck as possible! And what do we get for it? PERL, thats what, so I see at as an investment.

But, if we someday wipes, because YOU didn't do all you could to help the raid, then you get to pay our repairbills. Untill then, don't bring anything.
