I think access for Russia will be denied forever - a month ago there was 500 slots to download, now - 300:). And all of them (300/500) are being always in use:(. I guess Russia has a big traffic:))))).

Second try...several other ppl have tried it out and it worked for them, so maybe you are lucky this time, too?!
On the first site:
ignore the login on the top/right,
below it there is a field where you
have to type a code, then press download.
On the second site:
there is a window that shows
"Bitte Warten Sie xx sekunden"
(Please wait for xx seconds)
so you wait til the counter shows 0,
then just press onto that same field.
