In contrary to usual raids, we will also announce DISBAND TIMES. As we aim to Raid during afternoons (15:30 to 18:00) and people will have plans for the evenings, be it RL or WoW, i think it is useful to know when the raid will stop. That also applies to the late-night action (23:30-02:00), some people claim they do need sleep. If everyone wants to continue, no problem, but if some want to quit by them, there will be no complaining about quitters.
WHEN IT COMES TO INVITES:
Because we dont have any gear restrictions for joining (and we dont intend to create some), it is totally up to the Raid Leader to decide who can join and who can't. He is responsible for the raid, he will most likely be blamed for a fuck up, so he can decide who to take and who not to. He can just do it. Period. End of discussion.
As we dont plan to apply a "Regular/Backup" System, there is no way for you yet to get a secure spot.
Invites will be announced EXACTLY at 15:30 / 23:30. After they are announced, you can whisper the raidleader to tell him you are available. Do NOT expect an answer and do not whisper twice or more. You will be considered based on your performance in previous raids and/or class balance issues. The raid leader will announce once the raid is full.
