to unlock
go to activision folder-Rome-Total War*or w/e it is under atm,your main folder* -BI-data-then the txt. file descr_sm_factions-scroll down to the vary bottum,and above lombardi there is Slave,change "custom_battle_availability no" to yes
there is the rebel faction ;) can allso be done with regular rome 1.5
