Anyone still out there? I'm off to hospital for minor surgery next week. They plan to chuck me straight back out the same day once I recover from the anaesthetic, but it will be 1-2 weeks of mostly lying down to let the wound heal (hernia op, right at the leg,body, groin join... so kind of awkward place to pull when moving much).
If anyone is interested in doing anything social across the forum, or other methods, during November then let me know! Op is on the 4th, I'll post here to let you all know I'm home safely, planning to stay with a friend the first night, as the Doctors like there to be someone else around just in case...

Hi all and Welcome back Tim :). I was busy irl, nothing special, just went out to Tai Chi, some part-time works, some shopping during my day time, so I hvn't been online at my day time for a while either. I was on skype sometimes my night time and hopefully will be on this Sun morning :). Anyway, good luck Tim and wish you success on your minor surgery if we can't meet on skype before you are off to hospital.

Out of hospital.
Didn't have hernia in the end, had benign tumour instead. It was removed and I've been patched up. 3 weeks rest now to get well again.

Tim : I am glad you are home and good wishes for a speedy recovery.
I am very busy irl, one of my best friend will get married on Jan, I am helping her for her wedding planning. Hopefully I will have some time in the morning to say hi in Skype.
