In October, Paul will be going into the studio with Queen's Brian May and Roger Taylor writing and recording new songs for a potential Queen + Paul Rodgers album. Paul's Debut Solo DVD "Live in Glasgow" is currently #3 on the US Charts, #1 in Canada and hit #4 in the UK.The 13 camera DVD was filmed on October 13th 2006 at the Clyde Auditorium in Glasgow, Scotland during Rodgers' sold out UK Tour. Free/Bad Company and sometimes Queen frontman Paul Rodgers has married his longtime girlfriend Cynthia Kereluk in a surprise ceremony in Canada.
Cynthia is a former Miss Canada as well as an exercise physiologist and artist.
The couple invited guests to a 'garden party' in their country home on the weekend in Canada's Okanagan Valley.
70 family and friends gathered at 7pm on Saturday when Paul told them that they were actually there for a wedding.
The date chosen was the 10th anniversary of Paul and Cynthia as a couple.
After the honeymoon, Rodgers is expected to enter the studio with Brain May and Roger Taylor of Queen for a new studio album.
Although there have been a number of reissues, live albums and rarities released over the years, this will be the first new album project from Queen since the death of Freddie Mercury.

Ich kann dich verstehen, aber man kann Freddie eben nicht zurückholen.
Ich finde es gut, dass man durch das Projekt wieder was von Brian und Rog hört.
Ich war nie der Meinung, das als Queen zu sehen, es steht völlig für sich. Es ist natürlich nicht mehr Queen, wie wir sie kennen. Queen war mal und sie war verdammt gut, aber die Zeit ist leider zu Ende und wird nicht mehr wieder kommen, auch nicht mit Paul. Paul hat dieser tollen Zeit ein gebührendes Tribut gegeben aber niemand kann Freddie, John, Roger und Brian in der Form ersetzen, so wie sie waren. Man muss das Ruhen lassen, so weh es tut, aber man weiß ja, dass die Musik für immer weiter leben wird!

Paul hat auch gesagt, dass er Freddie nie ersetzen kann, also nennen sie sich Queen+Paul Rodgers!!! :-)
