This time, what are your favorite songs covered by Iron Savior??
For me they are:
Crazy - this is the best cover that i heard in my entire life, wonderful!
Eletric Eye - I prefer the intro of iron savior instead the original priest intro.. great cover
The Rage - Another Excellent cover!
And the last and not to forget the old helloween songs.. but i didn't count it, because the author of the songs is playing his own creations, :P :P

It'a shame for me, that i don't know, wich songs IS did cover.
Only know a few.
I must agree with you, "Crazy" is a very cool version. I wonder, what Seal said to it... ;)
Another cool version was "Breaking the law" when they played it at the Live Show! The whole crowd sung along...

Well, Crazy and Electric eye are the best cover songs by Iron Savior, but Delivering the goods is great too

I've only heard a few. I loved Electric Eye, but I haven't heard the original version. Lol Gorgar, ofcourse, like Cygnus said, has Kai playing so it's a 'new version'. I'd even go as far as saying Kai probably composed Gorgar along with Piet during is Second Hell (or Iron Fist, or Gentry) years :D

I havent been able to hear ELECTRIC EYE or THE RAGE becuase i cant find those singles that they're on. I love those songs too..does anyone know where i could find them? Otherwise i'd have to say Delivering the Goods is my favorite cover, Priest is my favorite band and Iron Savior being one of my other favorite bands, it just makes it that good! :D

Well, i think that delivering the goods is not so bad as a priest cover. But to be honest i think that the whole covers are quite good, and almost the priest ones! :D

I haven't actually got a lot of the cover versions as I don't have the limited/special editions (my copy of Condition Red doesn't have either I Will Be There or Crazy on it). I thought Delivering The Goods on Dark Assault was rather silly at first, but the non-seriousness of it has grown on me.

I agree completely with Gorgar, but I have my doubts as to whether it should be considered a covered song or not. I enjoy Iron Savior's version of Running Free more than its original by far...

Running Free sounds like hell on PIets throat....
there are few bands that make good covers (metallica being one, old Metallica of course :lol: ), an IS is one of them, maybe it's because of the passion that the guys have for Heavy Fucing Metal :twisted:
