Ja, das ist möglich
Somit können Leute ohne Kreditkarte nun zumindest über PaySafeCard im PlayNC Store zahlen.
Update:
Gaile Gray hat sich zum FAQ geäußert. Man muss demnach im PlayNC Store ein GW bezogenes Produkt erwerben, damit es zur Bonusmissionen-Anforderungen dazugezählt wird.

b) Purchases must be Guild Wars-related. From the official page, "The Bonus Mission Pack will release in November. This promotion is non-transferable and is limited to one per account. The Bonus Pack will only be available to the exact account that fulfills this promotion in the in-game store or the exact account on which a qualifying Guild Wars product is activated that has been purchased in the PlayNC store." IOW, the in-game store would obviously only offer GW items and the only PlayNC purchases that count are GW products, as specified.

(Im Satu.. hätte es mich glatt 10 € gelöhnt)

Wenn man, wie ich, keine Kreditkarte hat, bleibt wohl nur GW:EN, da Sachen wie Slots, Millenium Edition undso im PlayNC Store nicht angeboten werden.
Ob es den Bonus auch gibt, wenn man im PlayNC Store ein Nicht-GW Produkt kauft, ist mir nichnicht so klar...
